To access this registry, click on the tab 'Training plan'. This register lists all the training to be planned, planned, being completed and completed. It is also possible, through this register, to access the training schedule and the financial summary of training.
Several states are possible for training:
States | Conditions |
Achieved | The fields 'Start date' and 'End date' are filled in AND the box 'Confirmation of the completion of training' is checked |
Planning | The fields 'Start date' and 'End date' are filled in AND the 'Confirmation of the completion of training' is not checked |
Ongoing | Date of day is between 'Start Date' and 'End Date' |
To plan | The fields 'Start date' and 'End date' are not filled in |
Late | Date of day is higher than 'Beginning Date' and 'End Date' AND the 'Confirmation of the completion of training' is not checked |
