Register of Training Needs
The register of training needs is used to visualize all the needs addressed or refused.
Several states are possible for a need for training:
States | Conditions |
To be treated | The need for training needs to be validated or denied by HR |
Out of time | The desired deadline of the training request is exceeded |
Without further action | The request for training was denied |
To know: Validated applications will be transferred to the training plan.
