Register of Training Needs

The register of training needs is used to visualize all the needs addressed or refused.

Several states are possible for a need for training:

States
Conditions
To be treated
The need for training needs to be validated or denied by HR
Out of time
The desired deadline of the training request is exceeded
Without further action
The request for training was denied

To know: Validated applications will be transferred to the training plan.
