Request an intervention on a material
Users who do not have permissions for recording or scheduling material response may need to make a request.
A shortcut button on the home page makes it possible to make a request for intervention.
After completing the form, click on the " buttonValidate"
You then return to the maintenance procedure register where your new registration appears under the state "Required".
An email and notification will be sent to defined users as recipients of requests for interventions. This setting is done at the Module levelParametring, 'Management Users', 'Notifications'.
At the level of the register of interventions, the user in charge of processing the request can validate it or refuse it thanks to the buttons
ultimately visible interventions under the state 'Required'.
- IfRefusal: a form is displayed and allows to fill in the cause of the refusal.
- IfValidated: a form is displayed and allows actual planning of the intervention
After validation, the intervention appears on the registry of interventions under the status "Planning".
