Track the rate of versatility
The tab 'Versatility' provides a summary of the competencies showing the desired and actual workforce for each of them and the rate of versatility associated.
A general rate of versatility is also displayed.
A state system visualizes the level of versatility of each jurisdiction.
States | Conditions |
Sufficient staffing | Actual staff with higher or equal competence to the desired workforce |
Insufficient staff | Actual staff with a competency between 50% and 99% of the desired workforce |
Critical situation | Actual workforce with less than 50% of the desired workforce |
Namely:Employees whose skills are expired or unfit will not be taken into account in the actual workforce.
