Validate/refuse a need for training

The person(s) receiving training requests can access their processing via the register of needs by clicking on the button

The form displays the description of the need and a treatment section.

- If 'To be treatedafter validation of the form, the application will remain under the initial status 'To be processed' pending subsequent decision.

- If 'Refusal': a field 'Reason for refusal' is generated. After validation of the form, the issuer of the training request will receive an email alert and a notification to prevent this refusal and the reason for refusal.

If 'Validation': 2 choices are available to the user processing the request:

- Add training: Generates all fields on the training registration form.

- Associate with existing training: If training identical to that requested is already planned, this action will involve employees seeking training in this existing training.
