Verifying an action

Verifying an action

The action checker must verify an action, i.e. confirm that the action has been carried out and assess its effectiveness.

The action checker receives an email and notification when the action period expires.

In the stock log, a button is visible, located in the last column of the corresponding action row, which allows the action checker to check an action.

Click on the button. This opens the page of the recorded action.

The auditor must complete the section"Verification of action".

After completing this form, click on the button"Validate".

This will bring you back to the record page of the action.

If the action has been considered effective, it will appear with the status of:"Fermaid - Effective".

If the action has been considered ineffective (objective not met), it will appear with the status of:"Fermit - Inefficace".

In the latter case, the auditor or control of the action can make an action request or a new record of action by clicking on the buttonin the last column of the desired action line.

A section"plan of action"is now available to add one or more actions.
