Open a CSV file

Open a CSV file

Opening a .csv document with Excel turns accents into special characters.

To avoid this malfunction, you can either open it with "free office" or follow the following procedure:

1- Ensure that the file is only downloaded and not saved previously with Excel

2- Open Excel

3- Select a new workbook

4- Click on the "Data" menu and then select "Data Obtaining" then "From a text/csv file"

5- Select the file to open

6- Make sure that the data below is correctly entered and click on load

7- The file is displayed with accents management
