Plan a medical visit
To schedule a medical visit, click on the " buttonAdd a medical visit"

Tell the fields at least:
- Site: Site of assignment of employee requiring to spend his medical visit
- Employee: Selection of the employee concerned
-Nature of monitoring: Parametric set by default.
- Planned date
- Frequency:Frequency of medical visit (to be expressed in number of months)
After completing the form, click button"Validate".
You then return to the register of medical visits on which the new registration appears.
