Managing your employees

The register of employees makes it possible to visualize all registered employees and to create and/or import them.

A state system makes it possible to visualize the presence of employees in society in real time.

There are 3 separate states:


States
Conditions
In office
The 'End of contract' field is not entered OR Date 'End of contract' < Date of day
Absent
An absence is ongoing
Outing
Date 'End of contract' > Date of day

The button "Import" located at the top right of the page allows you to import the list of employees via the .csv import file

The buttonBouton carte habilitationallows to download the authorization/authorization card of the employee.

The buttonpdfallows to download the integration sheet into the employee's position. After
clicked on the button, one of the positions associated with the employee must be selected
for which we wish to publish the integration sheet.
