This register lists all planned and conducted effectiveness assessments.
Several states are possible for an effectiveness assessment:
States | Conditions |
Planning | The evaluation is planned and verification deadline has not yet passed |
Late | The evaluation is planned and the period of verification is exceeded |
Effective | The evaluation is conducted and the training was found to be effective for the affected employee. Evaluation matrix score > or equal to 50% |
Ineffective | The evaluation is conducted and the training was found to be ineffective for the employee concerned. Evaluation matrix score < to 50% |
